Nothing. You pay the fee on each trade (shown above, under “Clear fees”) and the network fee on each deposit or withdrawal, which is shown before you confirm. Your first deposit also has a small account activation fee, which you also see before sending.
In Wallet, pick the coin and the network and we show you your address. USDC can be sent over several networks (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Solana and others: the ones available at any time are listed in Wallet), and we also accept BTC, ETH, SOL, ZEC and other coins on their own network, with the minimum we show for each. Always send that coin on the network you picked: another coin or network can make the funds get lost. In “Activity” you can follow each deposit from the moment it arrives until it is credited.
Yes, with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, from Wallet, under “Card and bank”. Mt Pelerin processes it, or MoonPay if you live in the EU or the UK. They verify your identity the first time.
They are two separate balances, as on the big exchanges. What you deposit arrives in spot: with it you buy and sell coins, convert, withdraw and sell to your bank. Futures only use their own balance, which backs your positions. Nothing moves from one to the other unless you ask: in Wallet (“Move USDC”) or with the button that appears in Trade when the other side has a balance.
Yes, with Convert (in Wallet, on the Overview or from Trade on spot): choose what you pay and what you receive, and before confirming you see how much you'll get, the guaranteed minimum and the fees. It runs instantly at the market price; if the price moves more than 0.5%, it doesn't go through and you lose nothing. It only uses your spot balance: USDC in futures, which backs your positions, is never touched.
Sell your USDC from Wallet, under “Card and bank”, and you get a bank transfer. Mt Pelerin processes it (“Sell to my bank”) or, if you live in the EU or the UK, MoonPay (“Sell to my bank with MoonPay”, also to your debit card). To sell you need two-step verification turned on.
Your account keys are stored encrypted in a dedicated vault, separate from the rest of the system. You can only withdraw to addresses in your address book: each new address is confirmed with a link we email you and can be used 24 hours later. Every withdrawal asks for a code from your authenticator app and we notify you by email. After you change your password or two-step verification, withdrawals are locked for 24 hours. To sign in you can use a passkey (your device's fingerprint, face or PIN) instead of the code.
To open an account and trade, your email and a password are enough. When you buy with a card or sell to your bank, Mt Pelerin or MoonPay ask for it the first time.
It depends on the network: we show you the estimated time before you send. On most networks it takes a few minutes.
The Overview shows your account value and the result of the last 24 hours, your open positions and your recent activity. In Trade, under the History tab, each closed trade shows what you made or lost after opening and closing fees (and whether a TP or SL closed it), with the total at the top. In Wallet, “Your account over time” shows your balance and your profit over 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or all time.
Yes. When you place the order or later: in Trade, Positions tab, TP/SL button. The TP/SL button sets one take profit and one stop loss for the whole position: when the price is reached it's closed in full at market, even if it has grown or shrunk. You can change or remove each one without touching the other, and under each price you instantly see what you'd make or lose. The ones you set when placing an order are partial: they close only that order's size, they stay when you change the whole-position ones, and you remove them with "Remove partials" (when editing TP/SL) or in Open orders. When one triggers, History shows that close marked TP or SL, with its profit or loss.
Contracts that follow a coin's price without buying it, and that allow leverage. Leverage multiplies gains and losses too: if the price moves against you, you can lose all the margin of that position. If you're starting out, trade spot.
