Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of BitFortress (bitfortress.io). By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What BitFortress is
BitFortress is a web platform to buy, sell and trade crypto assets on the spot market and perpetual futures. Orders are executed on the order book of Hyperliquid, a public third-party network.
When you sign up, a wallet is created for your account. We store its keys encrypted in our custody system. You use it to deposit, trade and withdraw from the platform.
Some features are provided by third parties under their own terms: deposits of BTC, ETH, SOL and other assets (Unit), and card purchases or bank sales (Mt Pelerin and MoonPay), which verify your identity themselves.
2. Who can use it
You must be of legal age and able to accept these terms.
You are responsible for making sure that using the platform is legal in your country. Some providers do not accept residents of certain countries; in that case those features will not be available to you.
3. Your account and its security
The information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. We recommend turning on two-step verification.
To protect you, we may ask you to confirm by email a sign-in from a new device or country, a new withdrawal address or a withdrawal. You can freeze your account at any time from the link in our security emails.
4. Fees
We charge a trading fee, added to Hyperliquid's. You see it before you confirm each order.
Deposits, withdrawals and third-party services may have their own fees and network costs, shown before you confirm.
5. Risks
Crypto asset prices can change a lot in a short time. You can lose everything you invest.
Leveraged futures can be liquidated, and you can lose the whole margin of the position.
The platform relies on third parties (Hyperliquid, Unit, cross-chain bridges, payment providers) that we do not control. A failure on their side can delay or prevent trades, deposits or withdrawals.
Nothing shown on the platform is financial advice or an investment recommendation.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use BitFortress for illegal activities, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or to attack or overload the service.
7. Suspension and closure
We may limit or suspend an account to protect its owner or the platform, or if these terms are breached.
You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. You must withdraw your funds first.
8. Liability
We provide the service with due care, but as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by market volatility, by your investment decisions or by third-party failures.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or on the platform. The date of the current version is shown above.
